Cancellation Policy

No subscription

Lumen does not use subscriptions. You only pay for the credits you buy, so there is nothing recurring to cancel.

Cancelling a purchase

If you have just bought a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days under EU consumer rights — see the Refund Policy.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This removes your data and any remaining credits.
