Credits

Lumen is pay-as-you-go. You buy credits in advance, in euro (EUR), and credits are consumed when you generate images. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout, and are identical in both places.

Cards

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Receipts

Every purchase generates an invoice you can download from Billing.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, no credits are added and you are not charged. You can try again at any time.
