These Terms govern your use of Lumen ("the Service"), operated by Bruo Systems Limited, 2c Grangegorman Lower, Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland (Reg. 765033). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Lumen lets you generate images from text prompts using third-party AI models. You buy credits in advance and credits are consumed each time you generate.

Accounts

You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in advance and are non-transferable. Pricing is shown in euro (EUR). See the Payment Policy and Refund Policy for details.

Content

You keep rights to the prompts you submit and the images you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which Bruo Systems Limited is established.
