Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Lumen ("the Service"), operated by Bruo Systems Limited, 2c Grangegorman Lower, Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland (Reg. 765033). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The service

Lumen lets you generate images from text prompts using third-party AI models. You buy credits in advance and credits are consumed each time you generate.

Accounts

You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in advance and are non-transferable. You buy them in the currency you select at checkout — USD, EUR, GBP, KZT or AZN — and prices are shown on the Pricing page and again at checkout. See the Payment Policy and Refund Policy for details.

Content

You keep rights to the prompts you submit and the images you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Images are produced by third-party AI models. They can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose, and they may resemble output generated for someone else from a similar prompt. We make no warranty as to their accuracy, originality or fitness for any purpose — check generated content before you publish it or rely on it.

Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, where Bruo Systems Limited is established, together with the applicable law of the European Union. The courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute, which does not remove any right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence if you are a consumer.
