Failed renders

If an image render fails, the credits for that render are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in line with EU consumer rights, provided the credits have not been used.

Email studio@lumen.deals from your account email. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

Refunds are returned to the card used for the original purchase. We do not issue refunds by any other method.
